Cleansing: Emotionally, mentally, and spiritually, Lemongrass is said to be the oil of energetic cleansing.
Bath
Add up to 5 drops in 20ml of bath or shower gel, or carrier oil. Use 2 drops for children over 3 years old or adults with sensitive skin. Not suitable for children under 3 years old.
Inhalation
Add 4–6 drops to a bowl of steaming water, pace a towel over your head and breathe. Not suitable for Children over 3 years old, adults with sensitive skin and asthmatics should not inhale directly. Instead, place 4 to 6 drops in a bowl of hot water and leave in the room nearby. Not suitable for children under 3 years old.
Massage
Use up to 15 drops in 20ml of base oil. For children over 3 years old or adults with sensitive skin, use up to 6 drops in 2 tbsp of base oil. Not suitable for children under 3 years old.
Diffusers & Burners
Add 1–3 drops in a diffuser or burner. For children over 3 years old, add 1–3 drops in a diffuser. Not suitable for children under 3 years old.
Do not use undiluted directly on the skin.
