Naturally protective with a wonderful herby fragrance, Thyme linalol oil is steam distilled from the leaves. Refreshing and cleansing, it may help to ease breathing, as well as acting as a natural cleanser for your home.  Thyme essential oil has many benefits including fighting infection and strengthening the immune system with it’s antiviral, antibacterial and anti-fungal properties and helps to improve circulatory problems, muscular pain, arthritis and rheumatism.  It also used to combat chronic fatigue, lethargy and the inability to concentrate.

Balancing: Thyme Linalol has a wide variety of uses and benefits including boosting the immune system, fighting infection, helping with circulatory problems, helping to ease muscular pain and debility and reducing chronic fatigue.

Blends well with: Chamomile Roman, Clary Sage, Eucalyptus, Geranium, Ginger, Grapefruit, Lavender, Lemon, Sweet Orange, Peppermint and Rosemary.


Add up to 5 drops in 20ml of bath or shower gel, or carrier oil. Use 2 drops for children over 3 years old or adults with sensitive skin. Not suitable for children under 3 years old.


Add 4–6 drops to a bowl of steaming water, pace a towel over your head and breathe. Not suitable for Children over 3 years old, adults with sensitive skin and asthmatics should not inhale directly. Instead, place 4 to 6 drops in a bowl of hot water and leave in the room nearby.  Not suitable for children under 3 years old.


Use up to 15 drops in 20ml of base oil. For children over 3 years old or adults with sensitive skin, use up to 6 drops in 2 tbsp of base oil.  Not suitable for children under 3 years old.

Diffusers & Burners

Add 1–3 drops in a diffuser or burner. For children over 3 years old, add 1–3 drops in a diffuser.  Not suitable for children under 3 years old.

Do not use undiluted directly on the skin.
